These Terms explain the rules for using Aveora and related hosted pages.
By using Aveora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Aveora Does
Aveora helps creative people work near others through live creative rooms, creative sprint timers, light room messages, and Studio stats such as creative minutes, completed sessions, and streaks. Live rooms are video-only and are meant for calm accountability while each person works on their own creative project.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for what you submit, say, show, or share through Aveora. Only use Aveora if you can follow these Terms and applicable laws. Do not rely on Aveora as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aveora. Do not use Aveora, create a room, join a room, appear on video, or submit content if you are under 18.
User Content
User content may include room titles, creative goals, avatars, room messages, reports, and live video participation. You keep your rights in your content, but you give Aveora permission to display, transmit, store, process, moderate, and remove content as needed to operate the app, support safety, and provide support.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Aveora to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person.
- Share nudity, sexual content, dating solicitation, hate, violence, scams, spam, or illegal content.
- Use Aveora if you are under 18, or feature anyone under 18 in a live room or submitted content.
- Request personal contact details, off-platform transactions, or sensitive information from other users.
- Record, redistribute, or misuse another user's live video or messages without permission.
- Interfere with the app, abuse support forms, bypass moderation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Moderation And Safety
Aveora may provide reporting, blocking, host ban, account deletion, and other safety tools. Content or access may be limited, removed, or reviewed when safety issues, policy violations, technical abuse, or legal concerns arise.
Live Rooms
Live rooms are intended for creative co-presence, not dating, random chat, entertainment livestreaming, or broadcasting to a large audience. Aveora does not guarantee that a room will be available, that video connections will succeed on every network, or that all users will behave as expected.
Support
The Support Form is available from a browser and does not require an account or sign-in. Submissions are stored for later review. Aveora does not promise a specific response time or outcome.
Account Deletion
You may delete your Studio from Settings. The deletion flow removes your account record, creative session history, block-list entries, and local Studio data handled by the app. Some safety, room, message, report, support, or system records may be retained when needed for safety, legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
No Warranty
Aveora is provided as available. The app may have interruptions, errors, failed video connections, missing rooms, delayed messages, or inaccurate stats. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aveora is provided without warranties of any kind.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aveora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost opportunities, or user conduct.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as Aveora changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
