End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement includes the Community Safety Rules that apply whenever you use Aveora.
Zero tolerance
Aveora has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content that violates this Agreement may be removed, and users who violate it may have their access restricted or terminated.
1. Acceptance And Eligibility
By selecting “Agree & Continue,” accessing, or using Aveora, you agree to this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”), the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Aveora.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aveora. You may not create or join a room, appear on video, or submit content if you are under 18. You may not allow a person under 18 to appear in a live room or other submitted content.
2. Purpose Of Aveora
Aveora provides video-only creative rooms, creative sprint timers, room messages, and Studio activity information. Rooms are designed for calm creative co-presence and accountability while participants work on their own projects. Aveora is not a dating service, random or anonymous chat service, or general entertainment broadcasting service.
3. Limited License
Subject to this Agreement, Aveora grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by applicable platform usage rules. The app is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create derivative works from Aveora except where applicable law expressly permits it. No rights are granted except those stated in this Agreement.
4. Anonymous Session And Your Responsibility
Aveora creates an anonymous app session after you accept this Agreement. No username or password is required. You are responsible for activity performed through your session and for maintaining control of your device.
You are responsible for everything you submit, display, transmit, say, or otherwise share through Aveora, including your display name, avatar, room title, creative goal, room messages, reports, and live video participation.
5. User Content And Permission To Operate The Service
You keep any rights you hold in your content. You grant Aveora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, process, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and support Aveora and enforce this Agreement.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit. You may not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
6. Community Safety Rules
You may not use Aveora to create, show, send, encourage, request, or promote:
- Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, sexual services, or dating solicitation.
- Any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or identifying content involving a person under 18.
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, threats, blackmail, coercion, impersonation, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech, discrimination, dehumanization, or attacks based on protected characteristics.
- Graphic violence, encouragement of violence or self-harm, dangerous acts, weapons misuse, or credible threats.
- Illegal goods or activity, fraud, scams, spam, deceptive promotion, or attempts to obtain money or sensitive information.
- Another person’s private information, image, video, or communications without the rights or permission required to share them.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates any applicable law.
- Attempts to evade content filters, reports, blocks, host controls, access restrictions, or other safety measures.
- Disruptive behavior that prevents others from safely using creative rooms.
You may not record, screenshot, redistribute, or misuse another user’s live video, messages, profile information, or creative work without their permission and a lawful basis.
7. Reporting, Blocking, And Contact
Use the in-app Report controls to flag an objectionable room, message, user, or behavior. Long-press a room message to report it. Use Block to hide an abusive host and prevent that host’s rooms from appearing for your current anonymous account.
For safety concerns, privacy requests, or problems that cannot be reported in the app, use the public Support Form. The form is available without an account or sign-in. Do not use reports or support requests to harass others or submit knowingly false claims.
8. Moderation And Enforcement
Aveora may review reports and relevant content or activity, remove or limit content, end rooms, restrict features, preserve safety records, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce this Agreement, address abuse, or comply with law.
Enforcement may occur without advance notice when content or behavior presents a safety risk or serious violation. Aveora may consider context, severity, repetition, and risk when deciding what action to take. Reporting content does not guarantee a particular result.
9. Safety And Live Rooms
Live video and user messages may contain material that Aveora did not create. Safety tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every violation will be prevented or identified immediately. Leave a room, block the user, and submit a report if you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior. Contact local emergency services if you believe someone is in immediate danger.
10. Account Deletion And Termination
You may stop using Aveora at any time and may delete your Studio from Settings. The deletion flow removes data handled by that feature as described in the Privacy Policy. Some reports, safety records, room records, messages, support submissions, or technical records may be retained when reasonably necessary for safety, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service operation.
Your license ends automatically if you materially violate this Agreement. Aveora may also restrict or discontinue all or part of the service.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Aveora and related hosted pages. Do not submit passwords, payment information, government identification, health records, or other sensitive personal information in room messages, reports, or support requests.
12. Apple App Store
Aveora is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Usage Rules.
13. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aveora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Aveora does not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful video connections, complete moderation, the accuracy of user content, or the conduct of other users. Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aveora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or harm arising from user conduct. Limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law.
15. Changes To This Agreement
Aveora may update this Agreement when the app, safety practices, or legal requirements change. When acceptance of an updated version is required, the app will ask you to review and accept it before continuing. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
16. Contact
Use the Support Form for questions about this Agreement, safety concerns, moderation requests, privacy requests, or app issues.
