Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aveora handles information when you use the app and related hosted pages.

This is the current Privacy Policy for Aveora, a live creative-room app for writers, artists, designers, editors, and indie makers.

Information You Provide

Depending on how you use Aveora, you may provide:

Account And App Data

Aveora may create an account identifier so the app can keep your profile, rooms, messages, reports, block list, and creative session history connected to you. When you delete your Studio in the app, Aveora deletes your account record, creative session history, block-list entries, and local Studio data handled by the deletion flow. Some safety, room, message, report, support, or system records may be retained when needed for safety, security, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

Camera, Photos, And Live Video

Aveora asks for camera access when you host a live creative room or add an avatar from the camera. Aveora asks for photo library access when you choose an avatar from your device. Live rooms are designed as video-only creative presence. Aveora does not request microphone access during normal live-room use.

Live video is used to connect hosts and viewers during a room. Aveora does not record or store live video sessions. If this behavior changes, this policy will be updated.

User Content And Safety

Room messages, reports, block actions, and host bans support safety and moderation. Aveora may store reports and related room or message identifiers so issues can be reviewed. Users should not submit sensitive personal information in room messages or support requests.

Support Requests

The Support Form works in a regular browser and does not require an account or sign-in. Support submissions are stored for later review. Contact details are optional. Do not include passwords, payment details, government IDs, health records, or other sensitive information in a support request.

How Information Is Used

Aveora uses information to operate creative rooms, route live-room participation, show profile and Studio stats, preserve user safety controls, handle reports, provide support, maintain legal records, and improve reliability.

Sharing

Some information is visible to other users as part of the app experience, such as display name, avatar, hosted room details, viewer count, and room messages. Reports, block lists, account deletion details, and support requests are not meant to be public.

Children

Aveora is intended for people who are 18 years old or older. Do not use Aveora if you are under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information through the app or support form, use the Support Form to request review or deletion.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Aveora changes. The updated date at the top shows when the current version was posted.

Contact

Use the Support Form for privacy questions, account data requests, safety concerns, or app issues.
